Description of Grove Shield for micro:bit:

Using Grove shield for micro:bit you can connect all modules included in the pack only by Grove connectors without soldering or wiring any parts. Now you can concentrate only on programming with your great micro:bit.

As an extension board, the Shield Grove offers 4 Grove connectors integrated on the board and reserves additional 4-pin outputs if users need more Grove connectors. Apart from that, it also reserves some pins that have special functions like P0, P1, P2 that have touch function, so you can build projects like a fruit piano. Or you can simply use a crocodile clip to connect the pinout, just like you can do in micro:bit.

Thirdly, with the built-in micro USB interface, you can power micro:bit from this Shield.

Grove Shield for micro:bit v2.0 is the updated version of Grove Shield for micro:bit. According to Seeed user feedback, they made mechanical adjustments to the board, making it run more stable and better looking. The specific changes are as follows:

1- Change the micro:bit connector. In the new version, the connector pins are hidden.

2- Move the electrical components from the back of the board to the front. So that we can avoid damaging the components of the board by rubbing against the table.
