SparkFun DataLogger IoT - 9DoF

SP099

SparkFun DataLogger IoT - 9DoF is a pre-programmed data logger to automatically log IMU, GPS and various pressure, humidity and distance sensors - all without having to write a single line of code! DataLogger automatically detects, configures and logs Qwiic sensors. It is specifically designed for users who only need to capture a large amount of data in a CSV or JSON file and return it to their larger project.

Data can be saved to a microSD card or sent wirelessly to the Internet of Things (IoT) service of your choice.

Each IoT DataLogger is equipped with an IMU for built-in logging of a three-axis accelerometer, gyroscope and magnetometer. While the original Razor 9DOF used the older MPU-9250, the DataLogger IoT uses STMicroelectronics' ISM330DHCX and MEMSIC's MMC5983MA. Simply power up the DataLogger IoT, configure the board to log readings from compatible devices and start logging! Data can be time stamped when the time is synchronised with NTP, GNSS or RTC.

The DataLogger IoT is highly configurable through an easy-to-use serial interface. Simply connect the USB-C cable and open the serial terminal at 115200 baud. Logging output is automatically transmitted to both the terminal and a microSD card. Pressing any key in the terminal window will open the configuration menu.

DataLogger IoT - 9DoF automatically scans, detects, configures and registers the various Qwiic sensors connected to the board (no soldering! No programming!). Currently, automatic detection supports the following devices
