The STM32F103C8T6 has characteristics that surpass the traditional Arduinos type Atmel
We go from a speed of execution 16 MHz to 72 MHz and 8-bit to 32-bit. The module is supplied in a soldered version.

A multiplexer of this type actually only acts as a switch 16 to a 1.
The 4 digital pins are used to set high or low, (binary Y0-Y15) to determine which input pin is connected to pin "Z".
The control input S0-S3 is set to low "logic level 0", the signal C0 is connected to the output Z. Multiplexer 16 Channels CD74HC4067 MUX/DEMUX features:

It has an Atmega2560 chip running at 16Mhz with a factory loaded bootloader with 54 digital input / output pins (from which 14 can be used as PWM outputs) and 16 analog inputs, 4 UART (hardware serial ports). The board includes a USB connector, an ICSP port, a reset button and some status LEDs. Atmega16U2 programmed as a USB-to-serial converter. Simply connect it to a computer with a USB cable or power with a power adapter and DC connector.

On top of all the upgrades presented in Nano BLE (64 MHz clock, 1Mb flash memory, 256Kb SRAM) Nano BLE Sense Rev2 brings basic sensors to the table. It is truly impressive how Arduino team managed to fit those on such a small factor, nonetheless they did and did so for 5 basic modules.

In the package, you get 9 axis IMU, humidity and temperature sensor, barometric sensor, microphone and vision sensor (gesture, proximity, color and light intensity). Such a set together with TensorFlow compatibility enables basic machine learning functionalities straight after taking the board out of the box.
