The Ethernet module for Arduino and compatible boards based on the Wiznet W5500 chip, faster than the previous W5100. It provides an easy way to connect your module to the local network and internet based WIZNET with a TCP/IP interface. Compatible with libraries with the same Ethernet API. A web server can be built with this UNO board shield. It can be used as a server or as a client.

On the other hand, the Shield also supports mini SD cards (TF card, maximum memory support is 1G). In addition, it adopts a stackable design, therefore, a large number of boards can be connected to it. The 4 fixed holes with a diameter of 3mm are suitable for mounting on other devices.
