SparkFun RedBot Sensor - Accelerometer

Description of SparkFun RedBot Sensor - Accelerometer:

The accelerometer sensor is an add-on for your RedBot that provides shock and motion detection. The sensor works by measuring acceleration forces on the x, y and z axes. By measuring the amount of acceleration (or lack thereof), your robot can better understand its movements.

The sensor has two 2x3 headers (one male and one female) that plug directly into the RedBot backplane, giving you the ability to stack another I 2 C sensor. Simply use the included RedBot library to detect shock and motion.
