Magnetic sensors

This Reed switch module uses a small device called a reed switch.
When the device is exposed to a magnetic field, the two ferrous materials inside the switch come together and the switch closes. When the magnetic field is removed the switch opens. The operating mode: - When exposed to a magnetic field the DO output is high
- Power supply: 3.3-5V
- Contact type: SPST-NO (normally open)
- Use temperature: -20ºC to + 80ºC
- Type Output: Digital (1 - 0)
- PCB dimensions: 32 x 14 mm

This sensor behaves like a switch that closes the circuit when both parts are put together. Ideal for intrusion detection, alarm system, light control and opening and closing devices.
