Sound sensors

Sound sensor is a module converting acoustic waves into electrical signal. In very simple terms, sound detectors work based on capacitance changes caused by sound wave vibration. Air vibration moves the diaphragm in the microphone causing capacitance change in the coupled capacitator. Capacitance change than gets amplified by module (LM386, LM393 or MAX9812L to name some currently in our offering) resulting in signal read. Check out all our microphone modules!
